How to Delete Your Account and Data

Fixture allows every user to permanently delete their account and associated personal data directly from the application.

Fixture Customer App

  1. Open the Fixture Customer App.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.
  5. Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Fixture Repairman App

  1. Open the Fixture Repairman App.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.
  5. Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is completed:

  • Your authentication account is permanently deleted.
  • Your personal profile information is removed.
  • Your saved payment methods (if any) are removed through our payment provider where applicable.
  • Your access to Fixture services is permanently revoked.

Certain information, such as completed transaction records, invoices, or records required by applicable law, may be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
