Eze Fixture Repairman App

Privacy Policy, Service Provider Standards, Cancellation & Refund Responsibilities

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

This Policy applies to repair professionals, mechanics, tire shops, garages, companies, technicians and other automotive service providers (“Service Providers”, “Repairmen” or “you”) using the Fixture Repairman application, website or related services.

Fixture provides technology that connects Service Providers with customers requesting automotive services.

By creating a Service Provider account, accepting a service request or using Fixture, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy and the service standards described below.

  1. Information Fixture Collects From Service Providers

Fixture may collect information necessary to establish, manage and operate Service Provider accounts.

This may include the Service Provider’s name, business or garage name, email address, telephone number, business address, service location, account credentials, identity or verification information and other registration information.

Fixture may also collect service offerings, pricing, working hours, availability, travel charges, service area, account status and business profile information.

Where required for onboarding, compliance or verification, Fixture may request business registration, garage permits, licences, certifications, insurance information or other documentation.

  1. Location Information

The Repairman App may collect precise location information where necessary to:

Identify nearby customer requests; determine eligibility for mobile jobs; calculate travel distance; show the Service Provider’s location during an active service; provide navigation or tracking functionality; verify arrival; or support safety and dispute resolution.

Depending on the functionality being used and permissions granted on the device, location information may continue to be collected during an active job or while the Service Provider is travelling to the customer.

Service Providers must not manipulate, falsify or intentionally misrepresent their location.

  1. Customer Information Available to Service Providers

Fixture may provide Service Providers with customer information required to perform an accepted job.

This may include customer name, telephone or contact information, service location, vehicle details, requested service, appointment information and customer instructions.

Customer information is confidential.

A Service Provider may use customer information only to perform, document and support the authorized Fixture job or as otherwise permitted by law.

Customer data must not be sold, disclosed, copied for unrelated purposes, used for unauthorized marketing or used to harass or solicit customers outside legitimate business purposes.

  1. Payment and Financial Information

Fixture or its payment partners may collect information necessary to process customer payments, Service Provider payments, refunds, adjustments and account reconciliation.

Depending on the payment services used, this may include payment-account identifiers, banking or payout information, transaction amounts, service charges, refunds, payment status and tax-related records.

Sensitive financial information may be collected directly by an authorized payment processor rather than stored by Fixture.

  1. Device and Technical Information

Fixture may collect device type, operating system, application version, IP address, notification tokens, diagnostic information, crash reports, login activity and security-related information.

This information may be used to operate and secure the Platform, diagnose technical problems and prevent fraud or abuse.

  1. Service Provider Legal Compliance

Every Service Provider using Fixture agrees to operate lawfully.

The Service Provider and the company, tire shop or garage for which the Service Provider works agree to follow all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, regulations, bylaws, licensing requirements, workplace requirements and automotive-service requirements applicable in the city or jurisdiction where the work is performed.

Fixture’s approval of an account does not replace a Service Provider’s responsibility to determine and comply with its legal obligations.

  1. Garage Permits, Licences and Authorizations

A repair company, garage or tire shop using Fixture agrees to maintain all valid permits, licences, registrations or authorizations required to legally operate its business and provide the services offered through Fixture.

Where a municipal garage permit or similar business authorization is required, the Service Provider must maintain that authorization in valid and current status.

Fixture may request reasonable evidence of permits or other qualifications.

Providing false, expired or misleading permit or licence information may result in suspension or termination of the Service Provider’s Fixture account.

  1. Respectful Treatment of Customers

Service Providers, their employees and their technicians must treat Fixture customers professionally and respectfully.

Service Providers agree not to threaten, intimidate, harass, discriminate against, abuse or engage in inappropriate conduct toward a customer.

A Service Provider must respect the customer’s property, vehicle, location and privacy.

Serious or repeated violations of these standards may result in account suspension or termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

  1. Proper Tools and Professional Procedures

Repairmen, garages and tire shops agree to use proper professional tools, equipment and procedures appropriate for the service being performed.

Service Providers must perform work according to applicable safety standards, manufacturer specifications and accepted automotive-service practices.

For wheel and tire services, this includes using appropriate lifting and installation procedures and applying the correct torque specification using suitable calibrated equipment where required.

Tire pressure must be set to the appropriate PSI based on the applicable vehicle, tire or manufacturer specification.

Service Providers must not intentionally guess torque values, use clearly unsuitable equipment or perform work they are not competent or legally permitted to perform.

  1. Vehicle Damage Responsibility

The Service Provider and the repair company, garage or tire shop performing the work are responsible for direct damage to a customer’s vehicle caused by their work, negligence, improper equipment or improper procedures.

This includes, where applicable:

Scratched, chipped, bent or otherwise damaged rims; tires torn, punctured or damaged during removal, installation or repair; damage caused by improper lifting or jacking; damage caused by incorrect installation; body or interior damage; damage caused by improper torque; damage caused by employees or technicians of the Service Provider; and other direct damage caused while performing the authorized work.

Fixture may require the Service Provider to cooperate with the customer in resolving legitimate vehicle-damage claims.

Where appropriate, the Service Provider should inspect and document visible pre-existing damage before beginning work.

If damage occurs during the job, the Service Provider must inform the customer and Fixture promptly and must not intentionally conceal the damage.

Nothing in this Policy removes responsibilities imposed on the Service Provider under applicable law.

  1. Service Authorization

Service Providers may perform only work authorized by the customer or included in the accepted Fixture service request.

If additional work becomes necessary, the Service Provider must explain the additional work and obtain the customer’s authorization before performing or charging for it, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to address an emergency safety situation.

A Service Provider must not intentionally add unauthorized services, charges, parts or fees to a customer’s order.

  1. Required Vehicle Service Record

After completing a job, the Service Provider agrees to accurately record the work performed on the vehicle and make the relevant service record available to the customer through Fixture or another authorized method.

The record should contain, where applicable:

Customer or Fixture job identification; vehicle make, model and year; relevant tire or rim information; service performed; parts or materials used; wheel torque measurement or specification where relevant; tire PSI where relevant; additional work authorized by the customer; date and time of service; Service Provider or technician information; and relevant observations concerning the vehicle.

The Service Provider must not knowingly falsify service records, torque measurements, PSI values or other work information.

Fixture may retain these records as part of the customer’s and Service Provider’s transaction history.

  1. Completion of Work

A Service Provider should mark a job as completed only after the authorized service has actually been performed.

Submitting a completed status for work that was not performed, intentionally misrepresenting service results or charging for work that was not completed may result in refunds to the customer, withholding or adjustment of payments, investigation, account suspension or termination.

  1. Service Provider Cancellation Policy

Service Providers should accept only jobs they reasonably expect to complete.

After accepting a customer request, a Service Provider should not cancel except for a legitimate reason such as an emergency, safety concern, inability to perform the required service, incorrect customer information or circumstances reasonably outside the Service Provider’s control.

If cancellation becomes necessary, the Service Provider must notify Fixture promptly.

Repeated unjustified cancellations, intentional delays or customer no-shows may negatively affect account standing and may result in restrictions or suspension.

Service Providers may not charge customers for work that was not performed.

  1. Customer Cancellation

If a customer cancels before the Service Provider begins travelling or incurs costs, the Service Provider will normally not be entitled to payment for unperformed work.

Where a disclosed cancellation or dispatch charge applies after travel has begun, Fixture may process the applicable charge according to the cancellation terms shown to the customer.

The Service Provider must not create or demand an undisclosed cancellation charge.

  1. Refunds, Charge Adjustments and Disputes

Fixture may review a transaction when a customer reports that:

The Service Provider did not attend; the requested work was not performed; the Service Provider charged for unauthorized work; the Service Provider materially overcharged the customer; the same transaction was charged more than once; the work was materially incomplete or improperly performed; or another legitimate billing or service issue occurred.

Where supported by the available information and permitted by applicable agreements and law, Fixture may issue a refund, partial refund, payment adjustment or payment reversal.

The Service Provider agrees to cooperate with reasonable investigations and provide service records, photographs, invoices, job details or other relevant information.

Where a refund results from the Service Provider’s failure, unauthorized charge, misconduct or other responsibility, the Service Provider may be responsible for the relevant adjustment in accordance with its agreement with Fixture and applicable law.

  1. Customer Vehicle and Property

The customer’s vehicle and property must be handled with reasonable care.

The Service Provider may not use the customer’s vehicle for unrelated purposes, remove property without authorization or intentionally interfere with vehicle systems beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the authorized service.

Keys, wheel-lock keys or other property provided by a customer must be returned promptly upon completion of the service.

  1. Privacy and Security

Service Providers must take reasonable precautions to protect customer information.

Customer information should be accessible only to employees or technicians who reasonably need it to perform the service.

A Service Provider must promptly inform Fixture if it reasonably believes customer or Fixture information has been accessed, disclosed or compromised without authorization.

  1. Data Retention

Fixture may retain Service Provider information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, maintain service and transaction histories, investigate complaints, comply with accounting or tax obligations, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, Fixture may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

  1. Account and Data Deletion

Service Providers may request deletion of their Fixture account through available account-management functionality or by contacting Fixture.

Certain records may need to be retained after account closure, including payment records, tax records, completed service records, safety records, complaints, disputes and information required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

  1. Service Provider Responsibility

The Service Provider remains responsible for the quality, legality and safety of the automotive services it performs.

Using Fixture does not transfer the Service Provider’s professional obligations to Fixture.

The Service Provider is responsible for the actions of its employees, contractors and technicians when providing services through its Fixture account.

  1. Suspension or Termination

Fixture may restrict, suspend or terminate a Service Provider account where Fixture reasonably determines that the Service Provider has violated this Policy, endangered customers, provided fraudulent information, operated without required permissions, misused customer information, repeatedly failed to complete accepted jobs or engaged in conduct inconsistent with safe and professional automotive services.

  1. Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, Service Providers may request access to eligible personal information held by Fixture, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where applicable or request deletion of eligible personal information.

Some records may remain where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for financial transactions, customer disputes, fraud prevention or legal claims.

  1. Legal Rights and Responsibilities

Nothing in this Policy removes or limits rights or obligations imposed by applicable federal, provincial or municipal law.

If a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law will govern.

  1. Changes to This Policy

Fixture may update this Policy when its Platform, service standards, business practices or legal obligations change.

The effective date of the most recent version will be displayed with the Policy.
