Eze Fixture Customer App

Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy applies to the Fixture customer mobile application, website and related services (“Fixture”, the “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Fixture provides a technology platform that allows customers to request automotive services from independent repair professionals, mechanics, garages, tire shops and other service providers (“Service Providers”).

By creating an account, accessing Fixture or requesting a service through the Platform, you acknowledge this Policy.

  1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Fixture, we may collect the following information.

Account and Contact Information

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, account credentials and authentication information.

Location Information

Fixture may collect your current or precise location when necessary to identify your service location, locate nearby Service Providers, calculate travel distance, facilitate service delivery or display your position on a map.

Location access is subject to the permissions you provide through your mobile device.

Vehicle Information

We may collect information about the vehicle for which you request service, including vehicle make, model, year, tire size, rim size, vehicle category, service requirements, issue descriptions and other information you voluntarily provide.

Service and Order Information

We may collect information relating to:

Service requested; date and time of the service; service location; selected Service Provider; price estimates; final charges; order status; cancellation information; service history; repair or service records; and communications or information associated with an order.

Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Fixture may receive transaction information such as the payment status, transaction identifier, amount, refund information and limited payment-method details.

Where a third-party payment processor directly collects card information, Fixture does not need to store your complete payment-card number.

Device and Technical Information

We may collect information such as device type, operating system, application version, IP address, notification tokens, error information, security information and diagnostic or crash information.

Customer Support Information

When you contact Fixture, we may collect the information contained in your request, complaint, refund request, service dispute or other communication.

  1. How We Use Your Information

Fixture may use personal information to provide and operate the Platform; create and manage accounts; connect customers with Service Providers; determine service availability; calculate distance and pricing; process payments and refunds; provide order notifications; maintain service history; provide customer support; investigate complaints; prevent fraud and misuse; protect customers and Service Providers; comply with applicable laws; improve Platform reliability and functionality; and enforce Fixture policies and agreements.

We limit collection and use of personal information to purposes reasonably necessary for operating Fixture and providing requested services.

  1. Information Shared With Service Providers

When you request a service, Fixture may provide the selected Service Provider with information reasonably necessary to perform the service.

This may include your name, contact information, service location, vehicle information, requested service, scheduled time and relevant service instructions.

Service Providers may use customer information only for legitimate purposes connected to the Fixture service request and must protect that information appropriately.

  1. Third-Party Service Providers

Fixture may use third-party providers for functions including payment processing, cloud hosting, authentication, maps and geolocation, push notifications, application monitoring, analytics, crash reporting and customer support.

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for Fixture and subject to applicable contractual, security and privacy obligations.

Fixture may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful governmental requests, protect individuals from harm, investigate fraud or enforce legal rights.

Fixture does not sell customer personal information for monetary consideration.

  1. Service Provider Relationship and Vehicle Responsibility

Automotive work requested through Fixture may be performed by independent repair companies, mechanics, garages or tire shops.

The Service Provider performing the work is responsible for performing the authorized service safely, professionally and using appropriate tools and procedures.

The Service Provider is responsible for direct vehicle damage caused by its work, negligence, improper tools, incorrect procedures or actions of its employees or technicians.

This includes, where applicable, damage such as scratched or damaged rims, torn or damaged tires, body damage, interior damage, improperly installed components or other damage caused while performing the authorized service.

Customers should notify Fixture and the Service Provider as soon as reasonably possible after discovering service-related damage and should provide photographs, service records or other available evidence.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies a customer may have under applicable law.

  1. Service Records

Where applicable, the Service Provider must maintain an accurate record of the work performed and provide the customer with relevant service information after completion of the job.

The service record may include:

Work performed; vehicle information; applicable tire pressure or PSI; wheel torque specifications or measurements; parts or materials installed; date and time of service; Service Provider information; and other relevant job information.

These records may also be stored in Fixture as part of the customer’s service history.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a requested service through Fixture, subject to the stage of the order and any cancellation charge clearly disclosed before the customer confirms the booking.

Before a Service Provider Accepts

If the customer cancels before a Service Provider accepts the job, no service cancellation charge will normally apply.

Any eligible payment authorization or payment for an unperformed service will be cancelled, released or refunded as applicable.

After a Service Provider Accepts

If a Service Provider has accepted the order but has not yet incurred material travel or service costs, Fixture may allow cancellation without a charge.

If a Service Provider has already begun travelling to the customer or has incurred costs associated with the booking, a reasonable cancellation or dispatch charge may apply only where that charge was properly disclosed through the Platform.

After Arrival or Work Has Started

Once the Service Provider has arrived, inspected the vehicle or begun authorized work, amounts relating to travel, diagnosis, completed work, installed parts or consumed materials may be non-refundable.

Customers remain entitled to dispute unauthorized, incomplete, defective or improperly performed work.

Service Provider Cancellation or No-Show

If a Service Provider cancels an accepted service, fails to attend the service or cannot perform the requested service, Fixture may attempt to assign another Service Provider.

If the service cannot be completed, the customer will not be charged for work that was not performed, and eligible amounts already collected will be refunded or released.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved where appropriate, including when:

A customer was charged for a service that was not performed; a Service Provider failed to attend; an incorrect or duplicate payment was processed; unauthorized work was charged; the amount charged materially differs from the authorized amount without customer approval; a qualifying cancellation occurs; or Fixture determines that a refund is appropriate following a service dispute.

Completed and properly authorized services are generally not refundable solely because the customer changes their mind after the work has been performed.

Parts, consumable materials, properly disclosed travel charges or work already completed may also be non-refundable unless the service was defective, unauthorized or applicable law provides otherwise.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear may depend on the payment processor and financial institution.

Any refund timeframe or cancellation right required by applicable law will take priority over this Policy.

  1. Vehicle Damage and Service Disputes

If a customer believes a vehicle was damaged during service, the customer should report the issue to Fixture and the responsible Service Provider as soon as reasonably possible.

Fixture may request photographs, invoices, service records, inspection reports or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.

The Service Provider that caused the damage remains responsible for resolving valid claims arising from its work, subject to applicable law and the terms governing Service Providers on Fixture.

Fixture may assist in communication and dispute resolution but does not eliminate or replace the Service Provider’s legal responsibility for damage it causes.

  1. Data Retention

Fixture retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction and service records, handling disputes, complying with tax and legal obligations, preventing fraud and protecting legal rights.

Different information may be retained for different periods depending on the reason it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably required, Fixture may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to legal retention requirements.

  1. Account and Data Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their Fixture account through available account-management features or by contacting Fixture.

When an account is deleted, Fixture will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless retention is necessary for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, safety or other legitimate legal purposes.

Certain transaction and service records may therefore need to be retained after account deletion.

  1. Security

Fixture uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse or alteration.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and users should also protect their passwords and devices against unauthorized access.

  1. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information Fixture holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where appropriate, request deletion of eligible personal information or raise a concern about Fixture’s privacy practices.

Some information may need to remain on record where required by law or reasonably necessary for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention or legal claims.

  1. Legal Rights

This Policy does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer, contractual or privacy rights provided under applicable federal, provincial or municipal law.

Where this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will govern.

  1. Changes to This Policy

Fixture may update this Policy when its services, technology, legal obligations or business practices change.

The updated version will identify its effective date. Where legally required, Fixture will provide additional notice or request consent before materially changing how personal information is handled.
